From ref image to 3d model - 3d print for client.

I frequently take 3d print commissions on Deviantart, and other websites, for clients - in order to have their personal characters printed in toy form in full color sandstone. To start I always give a proper render of side/front/back/quarter view for the client to review in a exclusive large rendered out image designed to be a desktop picture should they want. This creature was the result from that, a commissioned piece on Deviantart that I personally seemed to fancy. I was given a singular small 2d reference to pull the details and ideas of what they looked like from, shown in the corner right.

The client asked that the neck collar and ball not be a factor in the model for their hellcat creature.
